Room numbers: 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10 are all located on the second floor, with 2 flights of stairs. There are 4 double rooms and 1 twin room.  All have tea/ coffee making facilities.  All have 19 inch flat screen tv/ dvd with freesat TV.

All standard rooms are en-suite, all with bath and either shower over the bath or shower attachment.

The average size of the standard rooms is 148 square feet, 13.8 square metres, excluding the bathrooms. All have Lakeland fell views, either Wansfell out the back or the Coniston range out the front.

The others look out the back of the house towards Wansfell Pike. Some of the rooms also feature Lakeland stone walls.
