Room numbers 11, 12, 14 & 5 are located on the ground and first floor.

All have tea / coffee making facilities.  All with flat screen tv/ dvd players with freesat TV.

The superior rooms are larger than the standard rooms, averaging 166 square feet, 15.6 square metres, excluding the bathrooms. All the superior rooms have 4-poster double or king-sized beds.

They have larger televisions, with DVD players, and all have large sash windows; most with excellent views over the garden and towards the fells beyond.

Three of these rooms also feature Jacuzzi spa baths and have showers over the baths in their en-suite bathrooms. These three are on the ground floor, with the other one on the first floor.
